Adult Psychotherapy
I understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult decision. I aim to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
People come to therapy for various reasons and having a professional to confide in can be very beneficial. Attending therapy does not imply that something is wrong with you or that you have a particular ailment. We all require support in our lives, and therapy can be a means of obtaining the support we need.
Fortunately, most mental health conditions are highly treatable. However, reaching your objectives necessitates your commitment, involvement, and desire to achieve them.

Child Therapy
Does Your Child Need Therapy?
Does Your Child Need Therapy?
Childhood is often thought of as a carefree exploration filled with fun, play, and love. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case for all children.
Children are susceptible to the same emotional health issues and mood problems that affect adults. According to some studies, as many as one in five children and adolescents may have an identifiable mental disorder that requires treatment, while at least 1 in 10 have some serious emotional difficulties.
Child Custody Mediation
What is custody meditation?
Child custody mediation allows parents to resolve disagreements about a parenting plan for their children. Parents typically choose custody mediation because the family court or their lawyers recommend it. However, parents can also refer to custody mediation when they have disagreements regarding custody issues.
During mediation, parents work with an expert to resolve their disagreements. If the parents can agree on a parenting plan, the mediator helps them write it down, and it may become a custody and visitation order once signed by a judge.

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy for OCD
Helping You Break Free from the OCD Cycle
If you’re struggling with obsessive thoughts and repetitive behaviors that feel out of your control, you’re not alone—and there is a highly effective treatment that can help. I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, which is considered the gold standard for treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
ERP is a structured, research-based approach that helps clients like you learn how to face fears without relying on rituals or avoidance strategies. If you’re working with me in therapy, this is the process we’ll go through together—step by step—at a pace that feels manageable and collaborative.
